Simon Steward, Buy-Side Chair, Plato Partnership

Simon Steward is EMEA Head of Equity Trading at Capital Group.

Steward has 25 years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for 23 years. Earlier in his career at Capital Group, he was a senior analyst in the investment operations area. Prior to joining Capital, he worked in the client relationship division of Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Steward sits on the London Board of Directors and is a committee member of the best execution and trade oversight group.  His long-standing connectivity with the European equity markets alongside his passion for innovation and market efficiency will aid the Plato Partnership in its future journey.
